Stephen Guffanti, MD is a successful physician despite being dyslexic and a kinesthetic learner. If he were a child today, he would likely be diagnosed with ADHD.

Dr. Guffanti is currently an emergency room physician in Orange county, has served as school board president in San Diego country, is a homeschool parent; lectures to parents and teachers nationwide, and has created scientifically validated phonics program called Rocket Phonics.

His reading program combines the best of phonics and sight words in a unique way to achieve exceptional results. In a recent study of home school families using Rocket Phonics for three months, student improved their reading skills by an average of 8.9 months!
